1Acceptance of Terms

6Betting and Gaming Rules

Where prohibited conduct is detected, ch999 may take immediate action without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation. Any funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited permanently.

8Account Suspension and Termination

ch999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account has been used in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (c) ch999 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority; or (d) the account holder has requested self-exclusion under ch999's responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed by ch999 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or prohibited conduct, any balance remaining — including both real-money funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered Bangladesh payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of ch999 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
